Thank you for shopping at Gifts-4-Guys! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
Be in the original packaging with tags still attached
Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are not eligible for return include:
Personalized or custom-made items
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
(Typical exclusions for gifts and custom merchandise. Refunding non-returnable items is not available unless defective.)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@gifts-4-guys.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, item(s) you want to return, and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions and a Return Authorization if approved.
Do not send items back without return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
If your return is due to our error (wrong item or defective), we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Inspection & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Shipping costs and return shipping are not refundable unless required by law.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and want a replacement:
Contact support@gifts-4-guys.com with photos and your order details.
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost if available.
Gifts & Returns
If your order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it’s received and approved.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first and then forwarded to you, refunds will be issued to the original buyer.
