Payments via Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. as our third-party payment processor to securely process payments made through our website.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable payment method for:

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend the order

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by payment failures.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and will be issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • We reserve the right to suspend services or delivery while the dispute is investigated

  • Stripe may share relevant transaction information with us and the card network to resolve the dispute

Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, Stripe and our store may conduct verification checks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
